David Boire is a real estate investment and operations leader with more than two decades of experience across acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, syndications, fundraising, operational scaling, and CEO coaching. He has led over $545M in acquisitions, $216M in dispositions, $73M in refinances, and raised more than $260M in equity, and managed a team of 80 employees and over $55M in annual revenue. His expertise spans multifamily, industrial, mixed-use assets and construction across the U.S.

David began his career at NALS, a multifamily investment and property management firm with 15,000+ apartment homes owned and under management. Working directly under the acquisition partners, he learned how to identify market trends, discipline, and value-add investment fundamentals. He later transitioned into property management operations. As he rose through the ranks he developed a strength for leading teams and mentoring talent, KPI tracking, and executing on capital expense projects and process workflows.
After 9 years at NALS, he joined The Paskin Group as a senior leader, where he oversaw acquisitions, asset management, operational scaling, and the creation of the investor syndication platform. Under his leadership, the firm grew from $117M to more than $600M assets under ownership and management. He led the execution of twenty 1031 exchanges, launched multiple funds, and achieved 33% IRR average disposition performance across full-cycle deals. He led a team of 80 real estate professionals and annual revenues of over $55M.
